Take stock of the different social groups and communities you belong to, both large and small. These could include friend groups, clubs, online communities, etc.
For each social group, reflect on whether the typical habits and behaviors of that tribe align with or contradict your desired habits.
Based on your evaluation, brainstorm ways to cultivate more involvement with tribes that align with your goals, and limit exposure to those that don't.
