Read the book while only focusing on the middle portion of each line, indenting 1 word in from the margins. This expands your visual field and trains your eyes to read more efficiently.

Start by indenting 1 word from each side. If you have no trouble after 5-10 pages, indent by another word to continue expanding your visual field.
